My name is Olga F. Rosado, and I am proud to serve as the Director of Mini Miracles Academic Daycare Center. With over 15 years of childcare experience in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, I have dedicated my career to creating nurturing, high-quality learning environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow.

With over 15 years of childcare experience in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, I have dedicated my career to creating nurturing, high-quality learning environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow.
My strengths include building strong relationships with families, guiding staff with compassion and clarity, and designing programs that meet the needs of the whole child. I am deeply committed to bilingual learning, helping children build language skills in both English and Spanish while also embracing cultural diversity within our center.
At Mini Miracles, I focus on teaching basic life skills, fostering independence, and supporting every child through each stage of their developmental milestones. My mission is to provide a warm, structured, and engaging family environment where children can explore, learn through play, and develop the confidence they need for lifelong success.
I am honored to lead a team that shares my passion for early childhood education and my commitment to creating meaningful experiences for every child and family we serve.
